FileZilla is powerful Open Source FTP/SFTP client with many features. It includes a site manager to store all your connection details and logins as well as an Explorer style interface that shows the local and remote folders and can be customized independently. The program offers support for firewalls and proxy connections as well as SSL and Kerberos GSS security. Today the Gmail team has expanded Gmail to include video and voice chat, to the already popular email service.
In order to use video and voice chat in Gmail, all you need is to install the voice and video plugin from Google, and Gmail will take care of the rest.
Software engineer Justin Uberti at Google wrote
“today we’re launching voice and video chat — right inside Gmail. We’ve tried to make this an easy-to-use, seamless experience, with high-quality audio and video — all for free.
Once you install the plugin, to start a video chat, just click on the “Video & more” menu at the bottom of your Gmail chat window, and choose “Start video chat.” You’ll have a few seconds to make sure you look presentable while it’s ringing, and then you’ll see and hear your friend live, right from within Gmail.”
VLC media player is a free software media player written by the VideoLAN project.
It is a portable multimedia player, encoder, and streamer supporting many audio and video codecs and file formats as well as DVDs, VCDs, and various streaming protocols. It is able to stream over networks and to transcode multimedia files and save them into various different formats. VLC used to stand for VideoLAN Client, but that meaning is now deprecated.
VLC includes a large number of free decoding and encoding libraries; on the Windows platform, this greatly reduces the need for finding/calibrating proprietary plugins. Many of VLC’s codecs are provided by the libavcodec library from the FFmpeg project, but it uses mainly its own muxer and demuxers. It also gained distinction as the first player to support playback of encrypted DVDs on Linux by using the libdvdcss DVD decryption library.
RTL Games has released a playable demo of Crash Time 2 (Known as Alarm for Cobra 11: Burning Wheels, in Germany), allowing you to try out the next installment in the Alarm for Cobra 11 series. The demo features one tutorial and three missions.
The player takes on the roles of the two main characters of the series, Semir Gerkhan (played by Erdogan Atalay) and Ben Hunters (played by Tom Beck). The two main characters sympathetic borrow the protagonists of the game’s appearance and her voice, creating a series of unprecedented closeness is generated.

Recently we seen how Live Mesh has expanded from being able to synchronize between PCs only, to within a short period time moved on to support Mac and Windows Mobile.
Now Liveside has learned that the Live Mesh team is working on adding support for your printer, digital camera and even digital photo frames.
Having a printer added as a device in Live Mesh will be able to show your ink levels and what documents you’ve recently printed!
Further more it has been rumored that Live Mesh may possible join the Windows Live Family in the upcoming wave, and be integrated with Windows Live FrameIt.
